All liquor/tobacco inventory is only open to parties over the age of 21 with a valid Government issued photo ID for personal consumption only (no resale purposes) with sales tax charged on all transactions. The individual registered MUST be the party to relocate the assets from the premises.

All items are offered in bulk, then piecemeal and awarded in the highest manner. Individual offerings will only be successful if the combined total exceeds the bulk bid outlined in Lot 1. Please call 303-934-8322 with any questions regarding the bulk vs piecemeal process.

Please note that it appears that some contain wine inventory. The forklift on site can assist with removal but please be prepared to be of assistance as the units will be distributed based the top row to bottom. Thank you.
