 . The vehicles cannot be physically reviewed prior to paymen
 t. The purchase is for a vehicle outlined and not a guarante
 e for personal property that may/may not be located in the v
 ehicle when relocated from the lot. The vehicles being aucti
 oned may be subject to open recall notices. It is the buyerâ
 €™s sole responsibility to check for and act upon any applic
 able recall notices. Recalls and other vehicle safety inform

 REDIT CARD PAYMENTS Visa\,Â MastercardÂ and Discover will be 
 accepted as a form of payment for purchases under $500.00 wi
 th a 2% convenience fee. Please note that by utilizing a car
 d\, that the paperwork would need to be issued as registered 
 into the system (for name etc). When reviewing statements on
  the account\, Dickensheet & Associates\, Inc. will be process
 ing payment on the vehicles\, not the City and County of Denv
 er. If paying by credit card AND requesting a name change\, t
 he credit card must be in the name of the requested change. 
 Registered bidders credit card shall not be accepted. No aut
 omatic payments are processed. To use a credit card\, buyer m
 ust contact auctioneer to authorize charge. WIRE TRANSFERS A
 ll wire transfers must be received by the auctioneers no lat
 er than Noon on Tuesday. Be aware wire transfers can take 24
  hours to process and is buyerâ€™s responsibility to ensure 
 payment is received on time. PAPERWORK FOR VEHICLE All paper
 work shall be filled out in registered bidders name and addr
 ess unless a change is requested. Any request(s) for a name 
 change to a person(s) whose account has been suspended\, will
  automatically be denied and may automatically be placed in 
 a registered bidder's name. Suspended bidder name change req
 uests may result in registered bidder's account being suspen
 ded. It is the buyerâ€™s responsibility to ensure all paperw
 ork is accurate. An email will be sent on the Monday followi
 ng the auction with instructions if you need to request a na
 me change. It is the buyerâ€™s responsibility to ensure requ
 est for name change is received by the Auctioneers by the de

 RUCTIONS An email will be sent on the Monday following the a
 uction with aÂ SignUpÂ Genius link to arrange an appointment
  for removal. When scheduling\, enter the same name utilized 
 for the registration. Please schedule one appointment time p
 er vehicle purchased. Parties on site that do not make an ap
 pointment are subject to availability. Please schedule an av
 ailable appointment or have the driver leave their phone num
 ber with the auction representative on site. Vehicles cannot
  be driven off the lot or towed immediately outside the fenc
 e line. Immediate towing only will be permitted for this auc
 tion. Paperwork and key (if applicable) will be available at
  the gate at check in. Paperwork and key will only be given 
 to authorized driver. Please ensure the authorized driver re
 ceives the paperwork and key (if applicable) prior to reloca
 tion of the vehicle. Team members will be on site for assist
 ance. Any vehicles left in the auction yard or unattended al
 ong adjacent streets will be towed and impounded\, and all re
 lated charges will be assessed against the vehicle. When arr
 iving on site\, the buyer\, tow truck driver\, or party complet
 ing removal must present a paid invoice. Paid invoice must b
 e a hard copy or they must access invoice by their mobile de
 vice. Tow trucks or flatbeds are preferred for removal. Trai
 lers and tow dollies are allowed\, but electric (or powered) 
 winches are required. No tow straps or push/pull methods are
  allowed. Only one (1) driver allowed in the vehicle when en
 tering the lot and towing out vehicle(s). If buyer utilizes 
 trailer and tow dollies\, they must be able to relocate vehic
 le(s) with only 1 person. If utilizing a tow dolly or traile
 r\, be aware your time may be limited based on space and acce
 ssibility. Generally\, the best time to come with a trailer o
 r tow dolly is Noon or later. Be aware that all vehicles mus
 t be removed by the deadline\, no exceptions. For auctions wi
 th 100 or more vehicles to be sold\, removal times are 8:30 a
 m to 3:00 pm\, must be checked in by 2:30PM and all vehicles 
 must be removed by 3:00 pm or buyer is subject to default- N
 O EXCEPTIONS. For auctions with less than 100 vehicles\, remo
 val times are 8:30 am - 2:00 pm\, must be checked in by 1:30 
 pm and all vehicles must be removed by 2:00 pm or buyer is s
 ubject to default- NO EXCEPTIONS. There will NOT be an oppor
 tunity for locksmith services\, tire repairs\, battery replace
 ments or any other services within the lot. NO EXCEPTIONS! P
